The Hamilton Beach Community is situated adjacent to Lake Ontario. This quiet and tight knit neighbourhood embodies a cottage lifestyle vibe. It’s pretty common to see unique vehicles, jeeps with their tops down, convertibles, motorcycles, classic and old muscle cars driving down the road, on their way to the beachfront.

You will mainly find detached single family homes in this area. Some of these homes back onto the lake and some lay on sprawling lots. With the interest increasing in this area, it has become common for residents to fully renovate these cottage style homes.

There is no shortage of green space, there are many parks as well as the Waterfront Trail! Get in your daily jog, bike, rollerblade or dog walk!
