As of Jan. 1, 2019, Union Gas and Enbridge Gas Distribution have amalgamated into one utility with the legal name Enbridge Gas Inc. Their contact and emergency numbers have not changed at this time.

Property Insurance:
You will also want to make sure that you set up your home insurance and provide a copy to your lawyer. If you are a first time buyer, I suggest that you contact the insurance company who holds your car insurance policy, many companies offer discounts for multiple products.
Forwarding Your Mail:
You may also want to consider this service offered by Canada Post to redirect your mail from your old address to your new address. You can sign up for this service here.
Changing your Driver’s License and Health Card:
Visit Service Ontario at 325A West St Unit 103, Brantford, or visit their website here to view requirements for changing your Driver’s License and Health Card to reflect your new address.
